What to expect:

In our first consultation, we will discuss everything that's going on for you right now; everything you would like to work on, heal, create, change. I will ask you questions about every aspect of your health, your medical history, your family's medical history, and your diet and lifestyle, to get a well rounded picture on which to base the plan moving forward towards healing. 

 

If the consultation is online, you will have to send me photos of your irises prior to the consultation date. I will send you an email explaining how to take good iris photos after booking. 

If in person, I will take photos of your iris during the consultation, with which I will use iridology to give me further understanding of your health, both physical and emotional. 

 

From here, we will go into planning what tweaks and changes you may need to make with your diet and lifestyle. I will give you advice and recommendations, providing you with any info you may need. I tend to find that slow and steady wins the race! So there will be nothing too drastic at first, just small, gradual changes, building upon each other, at your own pace, until you are feeling optimal and at your best. 

 

After the consultation, I will formulate your personalised herbal remedies and you can either pick them up, or have them couriered at an additional fee. Unless you are on certain contraindicated medications (Eg. Warfarin), the minimum herbal remedies you will be given are a tincture (liquid extract of a mixture of herbs) and a bowel powder (Even if your issue is not bowel related, the optimal functioning of the bowel is integral to healing). We may decide that additional herbal remedies may benefit you. The prices for these are as follows:

 

300ml Tincture - €35

Bowel Powder - €10

Infusion (herbal tea) - €8

Multinutrient powder - €20

100ml Speciality Tincture, Eg. Sleep Aid or Iron Tonic - €14

 

You have the option of either picking up the remedies or having them sent to you at an additional cost.

 

What happens next:

In the beginning of us working together, I recommend you have a follow up consultation every two to three weeks, so that we can regularly check in on how things are going, any little changes to be made, and so forth. After some time, consultations need not be as frequent. 

Everybody is different, and how a disease or condition presents in each individual varies. Therefore, an exact timeframe for fully healing will be impossible to predict. Depending on you, and your ailment, it could take anywhere from one month, to three months, to a year. Having said this, you should start seeing some improvements from a couple of weeks in, if not sooner, no matter what's going on for you.

Not included: medical diagnoses, pharmaceutical medication prescriptions, pharmaceutical medication management, pharmaceutical medication recommendations - these are outside of my scope of practice as a registered herbalist.
